With Dr. James is Dr. David Lillicrap. This award was initiated to honour the outstanding contribution of Dr. Cecil Harris, the first medical advisor of the CHS. This award is presented to a physician in recognition of distinguished contributions in the areas of research or the advancement of the care of patients with hemophilia or other inherited bleeding disorders.
